Registration with the NASD is the first step in your association with AFS Brokerage. Our Licensing & Registration Team will make the process as seamless and worry-free as possible, while providing courteous and professional consultation regarding the associated licensing, registration and compliance issues. The Licensing & Registration Team also serves as the regulatory liaison for the following matters: Processing CRD registration and licensing maintenance Processing year-end license renewals Processing U-4 updates and amendments Working with representatives to complete their continuing education Communicating any changes in NASD licensing and registration rules and regulations.

Because we value our solid compliance history and continually seek to protect your ability to do business, AFS Brokerage requires that all of our Representatives have current E&O insurance. Lloyd's of London, rated A (Excellent from A.M. Best as of March 16, 2006), provides our E&O coverage.

Current coverage consists of $1 million per each Rep's claim and $3 million aggregate. It also includes: Pre-claim legal counseling that would provide the Assured up to two free hours of counseling per policy at no charge. Coverage for former Registered Representatives.

Defense coverage provided for complaints or inquiries made or brought by government or regulatory entities. The expense for annual E&O is spread out and paid over 12 equal monthly payments.

AFS Brokerage, as a registered Broker/Dealer, carries excellent Fidelity Bond coverage through a policy underwritten by St. Paul Travelers.
